Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
There will be a 10% restocking fee if you decide to return your PC.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the PC or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned PC. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the PC to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The PC was purchased in the last 30 days
The PC is in the original packaging
The PC cannot be returned:
If the PC is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
If the PC is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation of additional components, it cannot be returned.
If the PC is returned without all the original components, accessories, or packaging, it may not be eligible for a return.
PCs that have been altered or modified by the customer, such as overclocking or changing internal components, may void the return policy.
Returns may not be accepted for non-defective products after a certain period, as specified in the return policy.
For health and safety reasons, peripherals and accessories that have been used and cannot be resold may not be eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
